The Corvallis Airport Industrail Park is 220 acres of land owned by the
City of Corvallis. 192 acres are available for development. The Airport
Industrial Master Plan has been adopted by the city as a guiding
document for site. The core part of the site has 42 acres which have
been designated as "Shovel Ready" thru a state wide program. In 2008, the Corvallis Airport Industrial Park was part of the Benton Corvallis Enterprise Zone, which provides for tax abatements for new investments which create jobs in the area. The property is under a restriction that prevents it from being sold. Leases are typically written for 30 years with two extension options for ten years each. Land is leased at approximately $320 / acre / month in 2008. |
